Request Cancelled and Request Terminated SIP Response 487

Hi,

One of my customers is running GoAutodial 3 and send a lot of calls to me.

Looking at my Asterisk server, I have a lot of calls from this customer with SIP RESPONSE 487.

15% of their calls tell me that the Request Cancelled and 6% Request Terminated.

I suspect that there is a timeout issue from dialer to us (the dialer expect that call start rings immediately and this does not occur because we need to consult a portability database before send the call)

Another suspect that I have it's related with signaling (ringtone ongoing) I use SIP GSM gateways from China. I'm in Brazil. Someone knows if could be any related with this?

Any clue will be very helpful.

SIP 487 Request Terminated - Request has terminated by bye or cancel. This can either be the calls reach their dial timeout and terminated automatically or the client is running a campaign that only rings the customers' phones.
