not a valid session,broken pipe error

hello everyone there...when agent is loggin in agent screen..
earlier it was shpwing broken pipe error..
now showing following...

no matching dialplan is available for the number dialled

thanks for reply striker.....
your posts are very helpful for us ..
..my problem was resolved by updating the ip in mysql tables by sql queries using phpmydmin..the update_server_ip command wasn't working properly.
