Leads (Customer information ) in Local Language

Hello All,

I have to upload leads in List ,which is in Local Language(Hindi). currently its giving error message. Please help me to solve this issue.
or any software which translate the leads Fname and Lname into Eglish.

Can you give more details? What's the error message you are getting? A screenshot would be nice.
