Loading list from campaign not working

Hi, I tried to load list from campaign wizard but it does not ask for column association.
Instead loading manually list is working.

Hi,

You might be clicking the wrong button. You should click Upload Leads once you have selected your file and Okay to Proceed upon selecting the correct fields.

Hi,
I followed the howto, I make upload leads (the green bar go from 0% to 100 %) but association field won't appear.
Then I click to OK TO PROCESS and ask me to select field value
