hi i am getting a error 500 while trying to access admin.php

hi

i am getting this error when trying to access admin link on my newly installed goautodial server.

Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://107.22.169.167/admin.php. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this webpage later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

how do i solve it?
