agent on paused

Dear all,

I've created an INBOUND campaign. after the first call received by the agent, the system puts the agent automatically on paused.
To receive another call, the agent must reconnect.
Please, I need your help.

Hi,

Check your campaign settings if "Agent Pause After Each Call" is set to Y you must disable it.
