3-way Conference in Inbound Campaign

Hi All,

Is there a way to setup a 3-way conference in an Inbound Campaign? If yes could you please guide me to get it done?

Hi,

It is possible to do a 3 way conference in an inbound campaign. Can you provide your call flow.

Hi Levy,

Thanks for the feedback. After a quit search, I'm now able to run the conference by clicking the TRANSFER button.
My issue is that after recieving his first call, the agent is automatically put in PAUSED state (which can be viewed on the Admin interface). This happen automatically meaning the agent does not press any button. Have you ever had this issue?
