Dial Timeout, does it really work?

So after some time a friend of mine using an elastix server and a goautodial complained that go autodial is soo slow in passing calls.

Found some time to check the box. The weird thing is that the Dial timeout for the campaign is set to 18sec, but inside "Calls ringing" I can see calls that ring for almost 2mins!!!

Is it a problem or Dial timeout is not working?
