Call Recording of Survey Campaign

Hi there,

I'm using GAD 3.0 v for Survey Campaign purpose. I load leads and accordingly system dial out the numbers. Then, a voice file is played with option of 1 for Interested and 2 for Not Interested. When 2 is pressed, call gets hang up and if 1 is pressed, then call is transfer to Phone 8003 (SIP extension created under Phones of GAD system)

Configuration of SIP Phones in extensions-vicidial.conf is as below:
exten => 8002,2,Goto(default,850266666666668002,1)
exten => 8003,1,Dial(SIP/98XXXXXXX@376,,tTo)

As per above code, called person goes on MoH and parallelly mobile number 98XXXXXXX is dial out via SIP trunk created in GAD. Once, mobile person answer the calls, called person is connected and further discussion take place.

My issue is, this conversation is neither recorded nor seen under call recordings. Kindly some one guide me how can I configure further to get this work done. Support will be highly appreciated.

Hi Taher,

By Default Campaign Recording is set to NEVER on Survey Campaign. Try to change the settings using Vici Admin to resolve your issue.
