caller previous data don't appears on the agent form when i use my own IVR.

Dear all,

I'm new to Goautodial. I've setup a Goautodial system which seems to be working fine (campaign creation, agent log in to agent web interface, reporting, ...).
when system receives a call from the same caller, his previous data appears on the agent form.
Now i'm writing a new IVR. When the system receives a call from the same caller, my IVR is correctly played. If the caller
wants to talk to an agent, he must type 4. But his previous data don't appears on the agent form. Could you guide me on how I can get
the data store so that anytime a call is received from a caller who is not new to the system, the previous data
filled on the form by the agent appears.

system is as follow:

Vicidial 2.9 RC1 (2.9.441a)
Asterisk 1.8.23
CentOS 5.10 base OS
