New User created with wrong Extension

Hi!

I'm using Goautodial 3.3 Linux CC2 2.6.18-400.1.1.el5 #1 SMP Thu Dec 18 00:59:53 EST 2014 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

When I'm creating user ( User then Phone).
SIP Soft Phone registration is OK
But when I'm trying to log in as Agent system gives me wrong extension.

Example User: agent001 with configured extension 8001 but system expecting registration and trying to call to 8002

Have you seen this somewhere?

Here is screenshot of this situation. But in this case user agent002 extension 8001

Hi,

Can you also provide us the screenshot of your User Settings and Phone Settings of agent001.

Have you tried to login that agent on different browser or different workstation?

Hi,

Please find screenshots.

I've tried to login with different browsers and from different workstations. It's ok for first login - user name and extension are correct. But if I'm trying to change User, extension never change. It's stays same with different usernames. I've tried to clean cookies and cache.

Hi,

1. Did you changed your server IP? If yes please make sure to run update_server_ip.
2. Please check also on https://serverip/vicidial/admin.php that server,conferences and Show VICIDIAL Conferences are displaying the correct server IP of your server.
