firewall configuration

hi,
I have a security problem on the server, my server has goautodial public static ip, I would like to connect to him only structures with certain public ip and block all other inbound traffic. in the configuration below is unlocked only the public ip voip provider (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) and that of my structure (yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy), in goautodial 2.1 no problem the system works properly, mind goautodial 3.0 and later is not good, the phones do not register, the web page for the login takes several minutes, only restoring the original configuration is fine. How can I fix in the latest versions of goautodial?

configuration that works in go2.1 and not in go3.0 and later:

Accept     If input interface is lo         
    Accept     If state of connection is ESTABLISHED,RELATED         
    Accept     If source is xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and input interface is eth0         
    Accept     If source is yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy and input interface is eth0         
    Reject     Always

Both GOautodial 2.1 and 3.0 are based on CentOS 5.X. Looks like you might have some firewall issues.

perhaps have implemented classes javascript directly from the Internet,
however, with the same configuration of the firewall 2.1 does not work.
