dead-air/empty calls

Hi,

I've been experienceing empty / dead-air calls for 2 weeks now. These calls are being forwarded to the agents thus disposing as Abandon Calls. I've read that these dead-air calls are one-way audio that was transferred to agents. I have already check the firewall, allow 10000-65000 RTP, allow SIP. I even tested it, outside the firewall. I also check with our provider but there were no problems on their side. I also tested our local network and were no problems. This usually takes up 5-10% of the total calls for the whole shift these past few weeks.

I also checked disableing AMD, increasing Drop Call seconds but to no avail.

Any suggestions?

Hi Jerem,

What is your server load average when you encounter dead air calls.?
