how to parameterize "Auto Dial Level" and "Adapt Intensity Modifier"

I work with 8 agents and I want to know how to parameterize "Auto Dial Level" and "Adapt Intensity Modifier" to avoid Disconnected Number.

Hi,

Do you mean that you want the dialer to detect the Disconnected number or you want to remove the disconnected number from your
dial Hopper?

Avoiding disconnected number is not yet available in vicidial, However if you want to remove the Dc number to your dial hopper you can
remove the statuses DC in your campaign settings.
