Leads are not loading in Dialer

Hi,
I have created csv files and I am able to make manual calls but the auto-dialer or predictive dialers I am not able to make calls.
The leads already load and show as active leads but the hopler shows as 0 leads and not making any calls.
Is there workaround. Please.

Hi,

Have you tried checking the lead list status. You can also try to change the call time to 24 hours.

Change the call time to 24 hours, and wait for 2 minutes..
