I am sorry that is not a valid extension

I keep hearing that error message whenever I log in to the agent login, I got the entire interface in front of me and whenever I click on dial next il get that error message. i mean like i can hear it and when i try to manual dial, without logging in to goautodial agent login but directly from my eyebeam it works fine. please help me >.<

Hi,

Please check your campaign settings "carrier to use for this campaign". You must select the active carrier or dial prefix of your active carrier.

Hi,

Can you post your dial plan entry and asterisk CLI logs when making calls.

I have the same issue, what happend the agent access not work this is my CLI registry:
