Want to mask Phone number display in Agent Softphone screen

Hi,

I want to mask the phone number displayed in agent soft-phone screen. In Admin screen I should have the functionality to view the phone number.So that in case the call got dropped I can get the phone number from admin screen and reconnect the call.
In any case Agent should not be exposed to the phone number , Only admin can view all the numbers.
Please let me know if there is any option to achieve the same.
