Get a list for a particular status

How can I get a report, in CDR format, or even better, as a lead search, of those leads who's status was a particular value? Specifically, I have created a custom system status called "Pledge". That is, people who made a pledge to mail in a contribution. I want to be able to call them back (probably manually). What's the best way to do this?

Hi Mark,

You can Download the reports with call status Pledge via Export Call Reports.

Reports & Analytics -> Export Call Reports -> Select Campaign > List ID > Status select only the Pledge Status.

Thanks for your reply. That looks good, except it appears I can only do this for today's date! How do I change the date range?

Hi,

Theres a small calendar icon on the upper right portion of the Export Call Report page.
