outbound ivr with vicidialnow

I´m very worry because i installed a the go-autodial suite 2.1 for to create an ivr ounbound campaign very simple ! but i did not have a good experience. all definitions are with menu and i never can´t play a records and to get the very simple result, 0 or 1 via dtmf tone.

I used remote agent campaigns list and extensions with survey or outbound calls but none was succesfull.
I worked with wav and gsm record format.

I would you like to know about this solution, specifically about ounbound campaigns with or whithout agents, but sometimes with any answer with the customer, i.e. 1 if you prefer blue, 2 if you prefer red. of course, that response must be keep in my database.

how i can get that information ? can you help me ? can vicidialnow to do my requeriments ?

I´m very sad, because the information about goautodial is very poor in internet world i.e. "www.google.cl"

Hi Francisco,

Yes Goautodial 2.1 support all those features.

You need to read the Vicidial documentation on how to do broadcast dialing, robo-calling and press-1 dialing.
