I created a voice call survey.. Set the time.. Added a valid list.. Activated and it's not dialing.. I checked my SIP trunk registration and it's registered. The Asterisk console doesn't show any activity. What am I doing wrong?
any agents logged in to the survey campaign?
check in realtime report for status.
also check the leads in hopper for this campaign
