Hi,

I need some help understanding the "Safe Harbor" message, and more generally, how audio files work.

Is it the case that if the "Drop Action" is set to "Audio", then the "Safe Harbor Exten" is irrelevant? That is, if I have a recording that I've uploaded via the "Voice Files" web page, can I just specify the name of that audio file in the "Safe Harbor Audio" field, and I don't care what the "Safe Harbor Exten" is set to?

I have uploaded two files using the Voice Files utility. When I go into a campaign via the goadmin method, and I click on the "audio chooser" link next to the "Answering Machine Message", a drop down menu appears allowing me to choose from the audio files I uploaded, as well as many, many other system sounds. BUT, when I go into the vicidial/admin.php facility, and bring up the campaign detailed webpage, and go to the Answering Machine Message field and click on the "audio chooser" link - it doesn't work! I get instead a big white rectangle with nothing in it. What am I missing?

And, why is it that in the GOadmin Campaign screen there appears to be NO option for "Safe Harbor" - I can only find this in the vicidial/admin.php facility?
