Need help getting justgovoip carrier working

Hi,
I need help getting my carrier settings correctly for the justgovoip carrier.
I am able to make outgoing calls using a different carrier: Flowroute.
When I issue: asterisk -rx "sip show peers" from the command line, I get a listing of my phones, and right at the end, it shows govoip8647095331/86470953, 208.43.27.84, port 5060, OK (67 ms). (Strangely, under the "Nat" column, it shows "N", even though I have nat=yes in the "Account Entry" under the carrier settings).
Yet, when I go into the GOautodial Portal, and click on "Trunks", I get a listing that says "List is Empty". Shouldn't I see something show up in this display?
I have made a payment of $30 on my account, and that shows up in the GOautodial Portal "payment history".
I am only trying to do manual dialing at this point. After I login using the Agent Web Client, and I activate "Lead Preview" and "Alt Phone Dial", I then click on Dial Next, and I see the person's info appear on the screen. Then, I click on "Dial Lead", and I hear within 1 second a sort of "clunk" sound, which (from using the GOautodial system with the carrier flowroute) I associate with a call that's been hung up on the other end.
That's it, no connection, no dial, no joy.
I can ping 208.43.27.84.
Please help, I'd like to start using my new account with justgovoip.
