hi guys

my question is that i have installed goautodial 3.0.On that server UK process & US process is going on.And our team want to run another comapiagn for UK with differnet carrier.Is it possible to run 2 UK carrier & 1 US carrier at a same time.Please help me if it is possible.

Hi Ajay,

Yes it is possible. You just need to add another Carrier and change the Campaign settings "Carrier to use for this Campaign" and set your desired carrier.

But i am not able to reach "carrier to use this campaign".Can you please tell me path where will the possible changes made.SO i am able to run these three carrier at same time.

is this feature is also available in goautodial 2.1.

Hi,

It is only available on GoAutoDial 3.X. For you to be able to select a carrier to use for your campaign navigate to Telephony > Campaigns > Select your campaign > Carrier to use for this Campaign: choose your other Carrier.
