no option to choose my newly added Active carrier

Hi

I configured carrier and dial plan, but after that I can not choose this Active carrier on OUTBOUND CAMPAIGN (Carrier to use for this Campaign: There is no option to choose my newly added Active carrier). Restart server doesn`t help.
