Issue with the locked admin

Hii,

One of my friends centre is using goautodial 2.1

His admin access is being blocked means he cant access "user" when he is clicking on "admin" or "agent001" it shows that we cant access

How to solve this problem???

Is his admin user level 9? He might need to check if his admin user has rights to view the users page.
