How to setup Inbound Carrier

Hello Team,

I need help in setting up Inbound Carrier. I have Installed Go Auto dial 3.0. Outbound Calls is working fine.

Is carrier settings remain same for both Outbound & inbound? or there is different settings for Inbound.
I have the user ID,Password and IP address for inbound carrier.

Hi,

If your inbound number and outbound calls came from same voip provider and have the same carrier entry,account and domain, you do not have to configure 2 carrier entries, you just need 1 carrier for both inbound and outbound calls. But if your inbound and outbound came from different voip provider, you need to configure 2 carrier entries.
