What should be the hosted VPS system configuration to facilitate 18user on goautodialer s

Please suggest me VPS server system configuration requirements like RAM, Processor or HDD. Actually i want to install goautodial on hosted vps server. I am confusing whom i will go with because every vps provider giving different system configuration.

I have 18 seats call center with 1mb up link or down link. Please suggest me how much should be ram, internet bandwidth up link or down link and processor speed to facilitate 18 users on goautodialer VPS server online.

Hi,

The server specification you need will be based on your requirements / usage on your Dialer if you want to configure the dialer with 18 agents with dial ratio of
1 per agent then a core2quad 4mb memory 500GB Sata/SSD is enough. What you can do is to burn test the server you will going to build and then adjust and configure until you reach up your goals.
