altenrate phones in manual mode

Hi

is it possible to have an alternate phone number for a lead in manual mode? I have it working in auto mode by selecting ALT_AND_ADD3 as the auto alt-number dialling, but i would love to have this in manual mode. The other question is, is it possible to preview lead info before the call is made in auto mode?

just to add more info...this is taken from the wiki on this page, features: "Ability to manually or automatically call upto two other customer numbers for the same lead" how do i do that manually?

Hello,

You can only used the Lead Preview in Manual Dial method. to enable the "Lead Preview" by checking the box Lead Preview in Agent UI. Then click "DIAL LEAD"
