how i can configure Inbound carrier

Now I am trying to create INBOUND Campaign using my Toll free number
I created Ingroup, I setup everything reading vicidial manager manual.
But i am not able to get calls.
registerd string is
register => XXXXXXXXXX::5060/XXXXXXXXXX

sip trunk i created is:

[HM]
type=friend
disallow=all
allow=ulaw
allow=alaw
fromuser=XXXXXXXXXX
username=XXXXXXXXXX
secret=XXXXXXXXXXX
host=trunking.ipcomms.net
fromdomain=trunking.ipcomms.net
qualify=1000
insecure=very
context=trunkinbound
dtmfmode=rfc2833

dial plan is

exten => _X.,1,Ringing
exten => _X.,2,Wait(1)
exten => _X.,3,Answer
exten => _X.,4,AGI
exten => _X.,5,Hangup

Kindly help me to resolve this issue

Hi Ajay,

Can you provide the version of Goautodial/Vicidial you are using? is this a single-server or multi-server setup?

we are using goautodial 2.1

Hi,

You might want to consider upgrading your server as we don't support GoAutoDial CE 2.X anymore.
