Agent Alter Customer Data

Hello Everyone,

Newbie needing some help with Agents editing fields.

I found the equivalent on the Vicidial page for allowing an agent to alter fields. One campaign allowed the editing of phone numbers when the agent was given an update, but another one only allowed editing everything but the phone number.

Please advise on where this setting is changed in the system.

Hey Mike,

This is not yet available on the GOadmin UI. However, you can do this via the default Vicidial admin UI. To access it, go to http://$IP_ADDRESS/vicidial/admin.php.
