CISCO Phone to Goautodial

Good day, I have a problem iwth my cisco ip phone connecting to my goautodial. The CISCO Phone always registering. I already registered the phone 9001. The goautodial version i am using is 3.0

This sit he config of my cisco ip phone, i hope my configuration is correct.

Were you able to connect your Cisco phone to your GOautodial server?

as of now I have connected my cisco ip phone to the cisco unified communications manager. the problem is i dont know how to connect it to the goautodial or connect directly to our carrier
