Transferring Calls

Hi,

I have a bit of an issue with transferring calls, firstly even though the User Group has the options for consulative etc set to Y they do not appear on the pop up, secondly if we click 'agents' the field populates but asterisk tries to dial an 90agent201 etc (id is agent201). Any hints?

Hi Neil,

You can try to check if the Transfer group is enabled on the campaign. Regarding the agent, Kindly check the phone extension of the agent, make sure that the dialplan setting is correct.
