Can someone help me?
I can't join anyone by using a predictive method. When i try a manual dial method i receive this notification: call rejected: cause 38 network out of order.
Otherwise when i configure the same agent account on my softphone, all is ok.
My Goautodial version is 3.0.

What's wrong with my installation.
