I have a very important question
Can I communicate with clients, no I am chosen to appear on phones MCC
For example, chose my number 3386787456 and when contact with people seen them this number on his mobile phone

Hi,

Good day! If you are referring to caller ID you can set it up on your campaign settings. We will be to help you more if you provide more details like how are contacting your clients, do you login as agent or calling directly from your phone extension.

I have a server equipped with the GoAutoDial CE 2.1
And I'm a newbie in the field
I want a way to contact customers
Secondly, I want the way I chose number and contact customers when showing them the number that I selected in the mobile phone

Hi Alain.

Kindly elaborate more on your concern, if you want to change the fields on your agent interface, you can go to your system settings and find the Label settings.
