Minimum configuration of server

Hi,

I want to know what is the minimum configuration of server for installing goautodial for 6-8 agents login.
can any body help me out for what type of hardware requirement for this.

Hi,

If you install GoAutoDial as default using the ISO at http://goautodial.org/attachments/download/397/goautodial-ce-2.1-final.iso.html and follow the Getting started at http://www.goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Goautodial_Getting_Started_Guide. You will have a minimum configuration to run predictive / Manual dialing. On the hardware requirements a core2duo processor with 2gb memory and 200gb is enough if you want to use it with 6-8 agents but much higher specs is much better for worry free and later upgrade of number of agents.
