questions on reports and records

hi,
some questions for goautodial 3
1 how can I view the report in real time how to goautodial 2 campaign to campaign and not all together.
2 How do I create the user should have access only to view the report.
3 as a target exchange rate of the recording of goautodial, for example I want to save the recording directly into a nos or on another server what should I go to edit?
4 which version of Asterisk is installed on GO3? I always asterisk 1.4 but it seems strange.

Hi,

Please see answers below:

1. From you dashboard, click Total Agents Online, the Agent Monitoring overlay will pop then choose the campaign located on the upper right of the overlay.
2. Create a user group for the user and edit the permissions, just go to Admin Settings>User Groups
3. You must setup your FTP server and configure it on your dialler. You may check astguiclient.conf and your crontab entry.
4. Asterisk version is Asterisk 1.4.39.1-vici.go

1. on the dashboard there is only the total, to the right I can not find anything to remedy the thing I went on the old screen vicidial <ipaddress> / vicidial.
2. I have not found anything to give permission only to see the report and I also solved this with <ipaddress> / vicidial, I assigned permissions to the user only for the report.
Points 3 and 4 are equal to 2.1 goautodial then I had no trouble.
Finally I uninstalled version 3 to put the 2.1 because in my opinion is much better, and 3 mi from several errors during calls. I do not understand why they made the version 3, the version of Asterisk is the same, that is equal to php, mysql that is equal too, then? have graced the interface but who cares, the important thing for me is the operation and 2.1 is much better about everything. I would have preferred a 64bit version of 2.1 instead of the 3.
