Call transfer is not working in GoAutodial4.

created multiple In-groups.
Made multiple agent login to In-groups.
Made an inbound call. successfully it was connecting to agents.
Tried to transfer the call using call transfer option. but call is not transferring.
Help is required for making proper call transfer.
