Setting up a press 1 campaign.

We are attempting to set up a press 1 campaign and have run into issues. We are able to upload a message and load a dial list. When the person on the other end of the phone hears out message and then they press 1 we need to have the call transfered to a external number (###-###-####) to be connected to an agent. How do we go about doing this?

We are currently running GoAutoDial CE 3.0

please advise!

Good day! Please make sure your audio file is 16bit Mono 8k PCM WAV and your server is updated. Please see the links below for your reference.
