problem of monitoring on agent

hi guys
im new here please i have an issue on monitoring when i choose on dinsplay report options mode monitor , and i want to listen on agent i get this errur on the asterisk cli :

Hi,
Make sure your server running latest version and try the following:
1. Create a new agent
2. Login as agent and make sure you've heard the voice prompt
3. If you heard the voice prompt. Edit your newly created agent set user level to 9 and set user group to admin.
4. Try to listen and barge.
If the issue still exist please provide us asterisk CLI screenshot/s and steps you've done.
