HelpMe GoAutoDial 4 SIP Config

Hello guys,

I am in need of help in this world (Asterisk) that is new to me. I'm noob.

I created a GoAutoDial 4 VM and followed this [[https://goautodial.org/projects/goautodialce/wiki/Goautodial_Getting_Started_Guidev4]] tutorial, the system is all installed and configured.

I created a trunk (Carries) as print below

And I created an Inbound because in my case we will only receive calls, but even though the agent is logged in, I do not receive calls. For this test I redirected the direct call to an agent

Agent Settings

An Inbound campaign was also created, using my Carrie


When my agent is logged in he does not receive Inbound Calls, if I check the Asterisk log I have the following print below

Can someone tell me where I'm going wrong?
