SIP trunk & Dialplan issue

Hello Guys,

I'm pretty new to VOIP/SIP and stuff, but i'm really doing my best to learn it.

I have a SIP trunk with an IP registration and a username and password.

I tried several options/guides to make sure this trunk will work. But i really can't get it to connect in any way.

Also i have no clue what to put in the dialplan entry. If i only want to make and calls with a dutch prefix ( +31 ) can anyone help me out with this?

Hi,

Try to add your SIP Trunk information on your Carrier Settings. Make a test call and provide us the following:

1. Complete carrier settings. (replace your sip trunk user and password with asterisk sign)
2. Asterisk CLI log during calls.
3. Screenshot of your campaign settings.
