One way RTP | Voice issue| App Konference | Wanpipe Dahdi

Added by TheProfound Geek over 3 years ago

We setup a test server with GAD 4 (Planning to migrate from 3.3).

Server Specification : 16 GB RAM, Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 v4 @ 2.10GHz, 1 TB HDD. Sangoma A200 PRI card. 6 Agents logging in, 1 Supervisor.

Issue : In Inbound calls, Agent can't hear the customer, customer can hear the agent. Manual outbound calls are working fine!

Call flow : Customer call lands on Asterisk via the PRI card and Wanpipe/Dahdi driver. Goes to AppKonference. Agent Gets connected via the WebRTC interface into the AppKonference.

To isolate the problem, we did below :

  • Manual outbound call. Works fine.
  • Using dial plan sent the call to a SIP extension. Works fine.
  • Called 8600070 (Empty conference room) via a softphone and send one DID to the same conference room. Each call to conference room is heard by both the parties.

We had to manually compile appKonference to enable certain codec.

We suspect its appKonference but dont know how to debug appKonference or check for RTP flow in dahdi. Please help!
