Hi,

Try to configure first your extension 500 on carrier settings then create a dialplan to accept or forward a call on your external PBX and on your IVR set the EXTENSION and set the dial prefix.

Thanks

Hi, this is what i did:
1.- I create a phone extension 3240539563 in Goautodial
2.- I register that extension (3240539563)in Freepbx like a sip trunk
3.- I setup an incoming route with Goautodial phone extension (3240539563) and deliver to an IVR
3.- I create another phone extension in Goautodial (3501166658)
4.- I dial from 3501166658 to 3240539563 and the call goes directly to Freepbx server, and i can hear the IVR
5.- I forward the Campaign directly to phone extension 3240539563 (wich is the one in Freepbx)
6.- Nothing happens, the call does not go to the Freepbx server

Any idea why, here i will leave some screenshots

Hi,

Try the following:

1. Delete the phone extension 3240539563 on your GOautodial
2. Instead of PHONE try to use EXTENSION then set 3240539563 and context = default.
3. Create a Carrier Settings of your PBX Extension with dialplan the will forward the call to your PBX.

If still having issue please provide us asterisk CLI logs.

Thanks

Hello, thanks for your repply, i dont have clear the thing, point 1 and point 2 is clear, but point 3, you mean, create an extensio in freepbx, and then put the extension number and password ?

Hi,

For number 3 (Create a Carrier Settings of your PBX Extension with dialplan the will forward the call to your PBX.) The idea will be your PBX will be your VOIP Provider and have to configure it in carrier settings.

Thanks
