How To Get Meaningful Stats

Hello!

The best way for me to describe what I need, is for me to explain what I want to do.

Every day my team and myself log into the dialler and call through a list of customers for one hour. The aim is of course to get through to as many customers as possible.

I want to be able to put in the full date range (1st of October till today) and check which one our time frame gets the most calls answered by a human.

Ideally I would see a list of times and the number of customers who answer calls at these times. Or I would see a graph showing the rising and falling amounts of calls answered over 24 hours as an average.

I've tried exporting the data and it does not have what I need.

I have tried looking at the stats and it does not have what I need.

Can anyone help me find a way to do this? I want to pick the most effective and efficient time of day to call these customers and increase the amount of time spent talking.
