-new installation with the latest version
-centos updated
-edited the following files with my IP

/var/www/html/php/goCRMAPISettings.php
/etc/kamailio/kamailio.cfg
/etc/rtpengine/rtpengine.conf
/etc/asterisk/sip-goautodial.conf

Hi,

Could you help us answer the questions below so we can point you in the right direction?

1. Have you already rebooted the server after editing the config files? If not, please do so.
2. Kindly post the status of the following;
a. service Kamailio status
b. service rtpengine status
3. Did you set a Public IP or Private IP to your server?
4. What are the changes done on /etc/asterisk/sip-goautodial.conf

a- kamailio service is running but with TLS error when trying to open the phone
b- rtpengine is running
