V4 - SSL configuration

Hi,
I am creating a new certificate for the domain I configured for the server I just installed. However, aside from Apache, where else do I need to setup the certificates?
Is there any wiki on this matter?

Just replaced
/etc/pki/tls/certs/localhost.crt
/etc/pki/tls/private/localhost.key

And seems it worked fine
