After SSL installed I can login to admin and agents, but when Login to Dialer it register to softphone sometimes,, sometimes not.

I´ve already checked all the manual config IPs to kamailio.cfg, tls.cfg and goCRMSettings.php . Restarted kamailio, checked DEBUG, etc.

What I see is if I try the Login to Dialer from a PC where I already logged by the IP address, it goes ok. From another PC directly from the domain,, it remains Loggin you softphone... please wait.

Tested with Let´s Encrypt and with a Comodo Cert. Same results.

Any ideas? Someone with the same problem?

What is the output when you ping your domain from another PC? Please also provide us nano /etc/asterisk/sip-goautodial.conf settings.

Thank you for your attention.

This server is at Digital Ocean, so the ping is ok.
I´ve changed the file mentioned to:

[kamailio]
encryption=yes ;uncomment for TLS encryption
disallow=all
allow=opus
allow=ulaw
type=friend
dtmfmode=rfc2833
context=default
qualify=yes
nat=force_rport,comedia
host=do4.callcenterflex.com.br ;change me to my FQDN
insecure=port,invite

But the problem is the same. Try to login with agent002 and pass mssm62 .
From my PC I can login to dialer and the softphone register ok. From other 2 PCs don´t.

Please check my config files. Thanks!

Please try the following:

1. Delete agent002 and re-create with same agent002.
2. Administration>GoWebRTC Dialer Settings> Enable WebRTC - uncheck if youre not planning to use webrtc

If 1 and 2 did not work please provide us the Administration>Settings and Administration>GoWebRTC Dialer Settings screenshots for us to review.

Deleted agent002 and re-created,, no changes.
Unchecked the WebRTC box,, error in connection like image.

Another image from my Administration>Settings>GoWebRTC Dialer Settings.

If you want password for root to ssh access, just tell me how to send.
