Auto Dial not working untill manual update in database

Hello, I've followed every step of the v4 ISO installer but after creating a Campaign and importing a list, when I login an agent and press the "resume" button the server don't make any call.
I've found in the forum about making a manual update in the table "vicidial_list" would resolve, so I did it:

update asterisk.vicidial_list set gmt_offset_now = 0;

After this update the calls begin to show in asterisk and after answered the agent receive the calls just fine.
Can someone explain a way to avoid this manual update on every list I import into the system? Thanks.
