Not able to access goautodial via web

I have installed goautodial on centos 7 and followed all steps as mentioned on installation page but some how after installation i am not able to access goautodial http://192.168.0.199/vicidial/admin.php , via webpage, can some one help me on this issue ASAP, Thanks.

Can you ping your GOautodial server? Have you configured it's network card and IP address according to your network?
