Hi Go Auto Dial,

I'm facing the following issues and would like to have Solutions for it:

I have done the steps for the configuration of an outbound campaign, when I login in the agent console, I can make successful manual dial, but when I click on the resume it does not call and it does not show the contact information either.

Hi Victor,

Please provide the following:

1. Campaign Settings
2. Asterisk CLI log when you click Resume Button
3. Carrier Settings Dial plan.
